Hi, it booted fast the first time to Windows, but now bootloops on HP logo. I can enter BIOS but cant go further. Reprogrammed again and same issue. Boots fine first time, and boot loop later.

Hi, laptop was not booting, I programmed the BIOS on the top post, but boot time is really slow and get this error message: "Soft Temporary Disable. To enable ME, check active Management (AMT) option in F10 Setup". Can you help? Thanks.
