hi . make sure you have the small connector leading to nowhere plugged in. if not the ssd circuit does not close and the disk will not be detected

Hi again, i was lucky to get 2 more laptops for repair with the same motherboard (WS5S0) and the extra Nvidia card. I copied the bios from them and everything is working both intel HD graphics and Nvidia GPU. Sharing the file for anyone who might need it! :cheers:

thanks a lot! just had this model with dead bios. was booting to black screen 9/10 times. flashed the bios and works fine! the latest version A13 from Dell was causing problem to a lot of people.
