anybody have the touch bar "critical update loop" and this is not bios issue, tried 3 times, same issue, and safe mode is fine. logic board is clean no damage at all. anybody knows? thanks.

I have 2 working flex 3-1430, both working, but When I swap the bios from A to B and B to A, both of them not working, they are both exactly same motherboard, so possible this bios is lock into the some ID, cannot be swapped, after swap no video, but when I swap back they are working. dont know...

this is the current bin in computer. it makes 8 beeps. i installed the one above nothing. no display. not even beep if memory out . i dont think correct bin for v2 any help appreicated
