problem is resolved, as i said i am new in this bios thing, i snt it to one technician and he clear ME and it worked, i bought the subscription so you guys will gide me but none of the bios worked you sent me, i you clean ME it will work

please fix my issue, only backup bios file giving me display and go to recovery screen, and none of the option working , ie recovery from usb and recovery load defaults. all bin files ou provided did not even power on.

so wat should i do , could you make changes in original bios file to allow downgrade?

tried download the file from dell website in BIOS_IMG.RCV for tried to recover , but it shows the error " BIOS update blocked due to unsupported downgrade" Even i download the latest version

this is 16 MB file and not working, actual backup file is 32 MB
