Still not working N76B is MB code, just powers on no display no beep

I need assistance, this model; Powers on with the power button,. Keyboard light is on Caps no response. CPU does not get hot. Holding power button does not power off. Flashed EC no change. Circuit is good no line is dead/incorrect What is the issue?

No good power ligh on stable no error codes, no picture. removed RAM no beep code. issue is BIOS Please assist
