I have tried your files but: The 32MB looks good but I'm not sure the 16MB is actually an EC dump? It looks more like a BIOS NVRAM region to me — no KBC version strings and full of NVRAM variables. Could be wrong though! Do you have an actual EC chip dump from a working board by any chance?
