Hello one question
all ic kb9012 chips are programmable or not? I ask the question because I can not read with my RT809F programmer; the funny thing is to try to program two ic chips KB9012 A3 and another KB9012 A4 and I can not program the connections are perfect.
I tried with ic KB9022Q D and it worked very well I do not understand what happens with the previous ones ...

good, sorry to bother you is that I have no way to download the file Dell Inspiron 3153/3158/7353/7359/7568 because I am Cuban and I have no way to create a premium.
