I managed to recover a 15IAX9 using Crisis Recovery, but I haven’t been able to recover this model. The CPUs are different, but the issue is exactly the same — after the BIOS update, the laptop no longer powers on.

In total, I’ve had 4 laptops with this issue in for repair, and I was only able to recover one of them. Direct BIOS flashing does not help at all — I’ve reflashed the BIOS dozens of times.

Since the last firmware update, the graphics card won’t initialise. Could you please advise on how to flash the multi-controller? And if I take a multi-controller from a similar model with the same processor and graphics chip, will it work? Thanks in advance

i think you need check AMD chipset
