The BIOS file you recreated isn't booting the device.

The laptop only boots with the BIOS file named "Latitude 5490 LA-F401P ok.bin" found on the main download page. However, with this BIOS, the system displays a **Service Tag error** and the screen takes a very long time to appear during startup.

Could you please provide a BIOS file correctly configured for this specific device and motherboard?

It seems the rebuilt BIOS file is not compatible with this motherboard. Please review it and send a correct working version.
