If the builds do not work, try another bios

Could the reason for it getting too hot while still displaying be related to the BIOS?

Sir the previous BIOS IC couldn’t be programmed. I replaced it with a new IC but now
even when I connect the hard drive the system overheats so much that Windows doesn’t load.
