Hello @ThienBui
Good morning!

This LENOVO with PCB: GS452GS552GS752 NM-C781 Rev 1.0

I tried the Vinafix bios and the PC turns on but there is no image.

With customer source bios, the PC turns on with image, boots to the system, and completes the 4gb onboard ram memtest without errors.

The problem is when I install an offboard RAM for upgrade. I've tried many RAMs and whenever an onboard RAM is connected, the PC turns on without an image.

Can you change my BIOS source and solve this problem?

I need two things.

* Remove bios password

* Solve problem with RAM upgrade.

Thank you very much.

Why are there so many problems? I think you need to try another bios first

Morning!

I told you, I tried the BIOS that is in the Vinafix post and it doesn't work; the PC does not have an image with the vinafix BIOS.

There are only 2 situations:
* There is 1 problem with RAM upgrade.
* I need you to remove the BIOS password.

Can you remove the pass from my bios?
Can you solve this RAM problem?
Please
Tks

Good morning, @ThienBui

With this BIOS that you changed, my PC no longer has an image.
With the original BIOS, the PC has an image.

Can you please recheck the source bios and remove the password and fix the RAM upgrade issue?

Thanks.

Good afternoon, @ThienBui

With this BIOS the PC turns on with the image (attached) and starts up ok for the system (with 4GB onboard RAM).

The only problem now is that there is no image if you have an offboard RAM installed (RAM in the upgrade slot).

All the RAM that I install in the slot causes the PC to turn on without an image.

If you try with only the onboard RAM, the PC works normally.

Please, help!
Best regards

don't know, it's not related to unlocking

Yes, I know it's not related to unlocking... That's what you're saying.

I needed 2 things:

1_ remove password
2_ solve no image problem when installing offboard RAM.

At this moment the BIOS is ok, without a password, there is only the problem with the RAM slot/upgrade.

Can you help?
Thanks.

Good morning.
@ThienBui

First of all, I want to tell you that you were more humble and attentive to customers.

You are complicating something simple...

I explained everything to you, but you don't want to read too much, and I respect you, but you're chatting on Vinafix and now I'm having to repeat everything I already told you...

"RAM problems can be caused by incompatible or unsupported chipsets" and not only... RAM and incompatibility problems are also caused by BIOS problems or physical damage to the onboard memory chips.

It is possible to disable onboard RAM through bios rebuild, right?

So my question is not unreasonable... What I ask you is:

Is it possible, can you help, do you know how to solve this PC's problem using rebuild BIOS?

I've already tried good RAM, tested and compatible with the PC (PC4 2400_ 4GB) and it still doesn't work.

The PC works with onboard RAM (4gb), but as soon as offboard RAM is installed, the PC stops producing an image.

I don't think it's a hardware failure, as the RAM slot is ok and the RAM power supply is ok.

Chipset is integrated into the CPU; Could it be a CPU failure?

I count on my colleagues and Vinafix administrator to answer questions and help with repairs.

Thanks.
