If Builds doesn't work then try another BIOS and it's most likely not a bios problem
This BIOS is OK, but when I install the CMOS battery and save the date and time and then turn the device off and on again, it does not work at all, only a yellow light when I press the power button, and when the CMOS battery is empty and I do not save the time and date, the device works great for me and I do not have the problem at all. Does the problem appear to be due to the BIOS programming, or is there a hardware defect?

I updated it to the latest version, but it did not work after the update. When I press the power button, it only flashes yellow
