nvme it only works on the original bios of that laptop

i tried this you put on the top but it can read nvme .

Tengo el mismo problema, no detecta el disco duro, y tampoco detecta la GPU dedicada, solo enciende con gráfica integrada, se puede solucionar parcheando la bios?
