hy sir this is my old bios this bios ok but windows not start im stat power on laptop and after came windows logo and buffring (lodeling) the off this problem bios becoz I check all motherboard part hardware and proper ok no problem motherbord and last option is bios plz watch video

unrelated clearme
i think you need to try a new BIOS if same problem then check hardware don't waste time with clearme and only clearme when you see delay display
