Hello

I have HP 14s-DQ (DA0PAAMB6D0) no boot, with blink code error, 5 - 3. (The EC times out waiting for the BIOS).

can somebody help how to fix?

i dont understand.

i use ch341a programmer to put bin file on chip but still have no boot cap lock error code 5-3
