I have same problem on old bios and clearME.
CPU clock block at 0,78GHz and GPU works slower, its hardware fault?

Hello, there is a laptop ACEP nitro 5 (i7-9750H, GTX 1660 Ti) Reacts to the power button, all standby voltages rise. It loads to the Windows logo and crashes into a blue screen, each time with a different error. The situation is the same with a bootable USB flash drive. Sometimes it hangs on the acer logo. I turned off all the periphery, tried a new working RAM, the situation is the same. Has anyone met such a person?
