No its an Intel 10750h cpu All laptop with at least a 8gen cpu is allowed to use Windows 11 , its about intel CS me security in bios , i thinked you know what im talking about , i will continue searching online a solution

no if you can flash the BIOS with clean ME where Intel PTT is enabled (in Platform Protection tab of Intel FITC). to get tpm on to install windows 11 ?
