Are you sure RT809H can read MEC1632? It is not on support list. RT809F can read MEC1633 but only with older software, ifix removed MEC1633 from newest software for RT809F.

Are you sure any of those 4 downloads is for LA-E811P Rev: 1.0 ? His post says LA-E821P Rev: 1.0 a different board from LA-E811P Rev: 1.0 .

That is for REV 2.0 , my board is REV 1.0. With that BIOS same thing happens, 1.35V , 0.75V and CPU VCORE not starting. Laptop turns on for 5 seconds (LED Light) and turns off. 3.3V 5V OK.
