The system is able to boot in Legacy mode via USB; however, when attempting to boot in UEFI mode, it only displays a spinning circle.

kindly request you to rebuild the BIOS. The device powers on; however, there is no display. After a short period, it automatically restarts. According to the customer, this issue started after a BIOS update. We would appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
