what photo do you mean? I have an exclamation mark in the device manager for the LAN card. with a different bios LAN works but ntb has a long post -

Dell Latitude 5580 BIOS LA-E092P
i tried multiple bios. Some see the HDD but the LAN does not work, others have a wery long post but both the HDD and the LAN work. I don't know which Bios to try yet.... -
