Dell OptiPlex 7020 Enterprise SSD HDD Master Password Request
Hello everyone,
I have a locked Enterprise SSD pulled from a server, and it was locked after being connected to a Dell machine.
Here are the drive and system details:
SSD Model: Toshiba/Crucial Enterprise SSD (XF1230-1A1920)
Capacity: 1.9 TB
Firmware showing in Victoria: ST200354 (Security Status: ON, High, Locked)
PC Model: Dell OptiPlex 7020
Service Tag: [9858R22]
HDD Lock Hint / Suffix: [#***********-2A7B]
The drive enters a frozen state under Windows/Linux API, and standard methods like hdparm security erase have failed.
Could anyone please help generate the master password or bypass code using the Dell calculator based on my Service Tag?
