Thank you for your quick response.
The BIOS you provided is still stuck on the logo. For your information, the customer reported that after performing an update, the laptop became stuck on the logo screen. When I received it, the screen was completely black.
I also tried one BIOS from your page, and that one allowed the system to boot, but it did not detect the dedicated graphics card. That’s why I’m asking you to fix the BIOS.
