no have 64mb bin file but save only this

this file did not work, not even turning on now. before it was showing dell logo and shuts down.

it even became worser, original file has just TPM error (ME Initialized) but computer worked and windows booted. with your one it doesn't turn on at all.
I attached original file one more time. This is XPS 15 9520 BIOS ver 1.37.0
