¿Firmware E1404FA REV 2.0? The customer had a defective EC, it was replaced and has the main voltages 20, 3.3 and 5V but it still does not turn on.

¿Firmware E1404FA REV 2.0? El cliente tenía un EC defectuoso; lo reemplazó y ahora tiene voltajes de red de 20, 3,3 y 5 V, pero sigue sin encender.
