Hello, the BIOS turns on but does not recognize the hard drive. Please help me fix it.

I have HP Spectre Folio Convertible 13-ak0061ms
SN# CND9243YXM
After replacing right side pd controller laptop worked using left port which has separate controller, but after running bios update from hp site in windows and restarting gives caps 5 long 3 white.
The 1mb file gives error when reading.
I tried different 16mb file, but same. Maybe others are problem. Can you help?
