Hi, could you help me rebuild please? SSD not recognized, i've tried everything and logic board seems ok, but still no NVMe present.

SSD M2 only works with the original BIOS of that laptop
note cls and builds will not fix the SSD issue

Is there anything that can be done then? Would downloading original BIOS from HP support and modifying it work?

One note is that the files I uploaded are the originals, at least I extracted the files from the chips. Don't know if maybe the previous owner had already reprogram the chips and then the originals are gone.
 
If even the original BIOS does not recognize M2, you need to buy a $35 patch or check the M2 hardware itself.

I'll double check the motherboard again because the M2 is a known good hard drive, so I know the drive is good. I'll see what I can do after that. Thanks.
