original bios asus gen6 gen7 not same....

my bios backup problem intermitent display....

Hello,

I have just upgraded my account / purchased a subscription on your site to download a single file (ASUS VivoPC VM65N REV 1.02 schematic/boardview).

However, I am still getting the error: "Oops! We ran into some problems. Account upgrades".

Could you please check my payment status, activate my download privileges, or send me the file directly? Also, could you please explain why I am unable to download the file even after upgrading?
