HI QUICK QUESTION AFTER PROGRAMMING THE BIOS LAPTOP DOESNT TURN ON AND TRIED TO REPROGRAM THE BACK UP BIOS STILL NOTHING CAN IT BE THE BIOS FILE ITS DELL LATITUDE 5500
