can you help? issue: no video.
On bios from first post laptop works, but very slow. After flash from hp site there is again no video issue. Original bios file in attachment.

As I said, works on bios from first post, but CPU is stuck at 0,19GHz, when I turned off BDPROCHOT in throttlestop app CPU clock speed is normal, on your build there is no display like on original bios.

you can make one video I check
 
I don't know what you are doing but this has nothing to do with buillds or me region if it's BIOS problem you need to use another BIOS to compare
