same as mine, the motherboard and other hardware are ok, but wont turn on, even using the new bios. (the cpu cooller turns on but no video)

The file I sent you is not allowing Windows to install. If I connect an SSD hard drive, it shows an error right at the start. And if I connect an HDD hard drive, it reaches about 50% and then gives an error. So please clear this file completely so that I can install Windows on it.
