BIOS ZBox CI320 nano

Hello, i have here Zotac ZBox CI320 nano. Problem is: After i flash BIOS, it works for about one month and than, it stops booting, power LED turns green but there is no beep, it does not show display output. When i reflash BIOS again, it works again just for about one month. Any clue why is it so? BIOS is downloaded directly from original Zotac Website
