I was hoping for a bit more technical answers, of course using a programmer. What programmer to use and which pins to connect?.

Personally, I am now using Revel Prog IS, but the price is a bit high (approximately $ 157).
To solder the pins and connect them to the programmer, follow the pattern -> Pin 1 with pin 1 and so on.
You can try the EZP2010 programmer, which is quite cheap, approximately $ 20.
