Ask nvidia matsmod software for rtx30

hi guys , i have a defect rtx 3090 with black screen to diagnostic , i'm searching the nvidia mod/mats for rtx30 series , i have only the one for the 20 series ,and find the one for 40 series, can someone have it and can upload it?

I fixed some graphic card with black screen was memory dead chip I made some rtx2080ti fixed with just one chip
