Ask Msi mc-7c02 rev 1.0

Have a msi b450 tomahawk max no boot dram led lit.
I don't have any voltage on data lines to ram slots my working board has around 0.38v on data lines.
I have a tested in diode mode and data lines read same on both boards.
Have I lost a voltage somewhere on a buck convertor or is cpu in sleep state maybe?
Any ideas?l

First check vddp is 2.5v for dim ram. And 1.2v for ram
