Ask Macbook A2141 Replacement Hands

I have a Macbook A2141 that only has one Nand in Short Circuit... Do I need to replace all the Nands, or can I replace only the bad Nand?

In the case of changing all the nands, do you have to remove them from another board, and put them in exactly the same position? Does each nand have its right place? Or can they be mixed?

I think you need to replace the broken one first to check the results and then evaluate again…
