Ask LA-E671P (XPS 13 9370) TPM not found

Purchased new motherboard on eBay for 9370 to upgrade from I5/4GB to I7/16GB.

New Motherboard works good and was new (had to enter service tag) but no TPM detected in BIOS or in O/S. TPM chip (U7) is present on board, but the select resistors RH71 & RH72 are on the back side of board. Try to avoid pulling board to look.

Any program to see status of TPM_DET signal on (GPP_B19/GSPI1_CS#) pin of CPU?

A patch for the bios or something else? Will bios be updateable later?

I am not looking to REMOVE TPM.

I want to ACTIVATE TPM. TPM Chip is there but not present in BIOS menus.

No error on startup. Simply no option to turn TPM on in BIOS
