Good day, BAL20 LA-D801P does anyone experience while using the laptop charging with AC when reach 100 % when unplugged the laptop automatically turn off?? I already diagnose the hardware with Dell diagnostic tool ang the Battery pass, What may be the cause of the problem? thanks in advance...
