What do you mean it doesn't save the service tag?
the writing on the label has been erased.

I backed up the bios to be safe.
But the machine does not turn on after a Windows update.
Apparent bios problem, I tried some of these topics, but none of them worked.
I thought that with the DUMP (BAD) on my board I could correct it or send a functional bios for my model.

Yes, I tried everything in the topic, including my USB-C chip is Intel. I saw that there are bios days with TI and CY..
Unfortunately it didn't work, other than that, it starts spinning the cooler very quickly but without video either. It turns on, the amperage increases to 1,600 and then turns off.
