AMD thì nạp bios khác vẫn thế thì do chipset

Still no boot, but with your BIOS it doesn't blink 5-3 anymore, just powers on and then off after 3 seconds, so your BIOS might be good, but It's possible that there's just another problem with the board. Either way, I'm done with this one, found a cheap working motherboard that I can buy.

check AMD chipset
I've inspected the board under a thermal camera and processor gets warm, but not as hot as expected, just a hotspot, doesn't get evenly hot. I've seen this before when the processor is bad. I purchased a working board for just $50 US.
