Ask HP 4520s BIOS F.61 Rev.A no_whitelist

Notebook in question HP 4520s
Searched here for a solution to disable whitelist inside BIOS

I'm unable to deploy sp51716_F.0D_no_whitelist because
I made the failure to update my BIOS to F.61 Rev.A (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75888.exe)
Is there a way to rollback to F.0D, despite otherwise stated or
is there available a no_whitelist_mod BIOS F.61?

do you have a BIOS programming tool like RT809H or SVOD???

Nope. But I could buy one. Would prefer the no_whitelist_mod BIOS F.61 instead.

I know but would spend the money rather to you than for the tool for a one time use. If such a no_whitelist_mod BIOS F.61 is available at all?!
