BIOS HP 13-4151nc

I have a problem with the keyboard and touchpad. The keyboard in the bios works well, but when the system starts up, it doesn't work, and the touchpad doesn't work either. If a clean installation of the system is done, then everything works but only until the first automatic update of windows, then the keyboard and touchpad will stop working.
