E7470 Dell Bios bin file LA-C461P

I need the bin file for Dell E7470 latest bios version (1.13.4) which can be taken from Dell site:

https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER04230755M/1/Latitude_E7x70_1.13.4.exe

The total file size in bytes should be (16,777,216) which equals 16 MB and should not exeed this value as it will not work on the Bios chip.
