Ask Dell Optiplex 7060 Dosenot Turn On with the Power Button

Hello Bro, We have a Dell OptiPlex 7060 i downloaded 2 or 3 Bios from Here it works but after shutdown the system it dose not Turn on again even though the power button is ok and No display late (we can shut down the case with press power button, but we cannot turn it on with the same Power Button) maybe related to the Bios issue. please can you do somethig with the bios
