I'm looking for the bios, my original bios has a password

I can't find the original file

porque antes de desoldar el chip tenia una contraseña, y perdi el chip!!! así que compré uno nuevo de 16mb
 
because before desoldering the chip I had a password, and I lost the chip!!! so i bought a new 16mb one
