Ask ASUS ROG STRIX G513Q - Leds on but no power

I need BIOS for ASUS ROG G513Q - Ryzen 9 5900HX + RTX 3050ti

The notebook turn the leds on, turn on the coolers and still this way for ever, no power on, no heat, no img, nothing.

I have checked all BIOS models we have here on forum, and the oficial BIOS in Asus WEBSITE.

Someone can help me with?
