Ask Acer Vertron X 4620 Motherboard Bios B75H2-AD v 1.0

I am wondering if someone can help me and tell me how I would transfer the above bios file to a USB on an Android tablet and hwt get the pc desktop to boot from it as it does not have an operating system
I would so appreciate it if anyone out there can tell me how to do this
