Thank you. The computer was updating from 1.14 to 1.16 when the entire BIOS process hanged. The symptoms was it starts when power button is pressed but it just shuts off by itself and this did not help unfortunately. Would it be the EC that is corrupt ?

If so, program the BIOS differently and it must work normally

Alright. Do you mean that one has to program the EC ? or just modify the BIOS?
