Could you please help me building the correct bios with valid bios info?

I am not sure . do you have any idea where should I start in checking for hardware problem? the laptop came with bad bios and was not able to start. after flashing new bios the laptop starts but with this problem

if the bios is good , why the laptop behavior like this when it goes to sleep

this file is 32mb . my bios is 16mb
