With this bios version the laptop does not start at all, it powers up but does not start, the bios is powered, the voltages are present on the motherboard, but when the power button is pressed, it does not react at all. With the old bios it started, coolers, keyboard lighting etc.

Which of the chips needs to be rewritten? From your file I see that it is the GigaDevice one? Is there a special procedure for the two-chip ones like this one?
