Please understand that I'm wary of buying VIP again and not receiving back what I'm looking for, since my previous requests when under VIP support were not satisfied.

Do you have the EC dump (U51) for this motherboard as well? Mine has the string "MSI 7C91" inside, and I wonder if the previous owner attempted to reprogram it or MSI is just reusing the EC firmware of this other board in this one.
